Brownies

Brownie met Martinus
Ingredients
200 gr dark chocolate
200 gr butter
200 gr sugar
150 gr flour
3 eggs
Optional: 50 gr coarsely chopped white chocolate or 50 gr coarsely chopped dark chocolate
Preparation

For 4 to 6 people:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut a piece of baking paper for your brownie mould if necessary. 

Melt the 200 gr of dark chocolate together with the butter, let it cool a little. Put the eggs and sugar together in a bowl and mix well. Add the chocolate mixture to the bowl. Sift the flour into the mixture to avoid lumps and mix well again. Then add the coarsely chopped white and black chocolate (optional). Finally, pour the dough into the baking tin.

Bake the brownie in the oven for 40 - 45 minutes, if you like a less hard-baked brownie, you can always take it out a little early. Let the brownie cool in the baking tin.
