Nova highball
Ingredients
5 cl nova elderflower liqueur
20 cl fever tree elderflower tonic (or a different tonic water)
ice
Preparation
Gather the ingredients.
Fill the glass with ice.
Add 20 cl of tonic.
Top up further with 5 cl Nova.
If you like a pronounced elderflower flavour, definitely try this cocktail with elderflower tonic. Otherwise, you can use a more neutral tonic.
This simple cocktail is perfect as a low-alcohol apéritif at a barbecue or any other festive occasion!
