Valentinus
Valentinus is our first basic mead. Because we do not interrupt the fermentation process, our mead is given the opportunity to ferment fully. The result? A beautiful dry mead with the sugar fully fermented and given time to mature to reach its full potential.
You will see that all our meads are cloudy. We deliberately don't filter because it allows you to fully enjoy the flavor.
Our liqueurs are named after alchemists. With our meads, we decided to take a different approach. Our meads are named after the most important people in our lives.
In this case Valentinus, the patron saint of lovers. What a lot of people don't know is that Valentine is also the patron saint of beekeepers.
In addition to being a saint, Valentin is also the name of the father of the founders of Alchymiae.
