Article 1: General provisions
The e-commerce website of Alchymiae, a VOF with registered office at Korpse straat 45/1 3540 Herk-de-Stad, VAT BE0755.535.275, ( hereinafter "Alchymiae") offers its customers the possibility to purchase the products from its webshop online.
The present Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") apply to any order placed by a visitor to this e-commerce website ("Customer"). When placing an order through Alchymiae's online store, the Customer must expressly accept these Terms and Conditions, thereby agreeing to the applicability of these Terms and Conditions to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions. Additional terms and conditions of the Customer are excluded, unless they have been previously, in writing and expressly accepted by Alchymiae.
Article 2: Offer
Despite the fact that the online catalog and e-commerce website are compiled with the greatest possible care, it is still possible that the information offered is incomplete, contains material errors, or is not up to date. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Alchymiae. Alchymiae is only bound to a best efforts principle as far as the correctness and completeness of the offered information is concerned. Alchymiae is in no way liable for obvious material errors, misprints or printing errors.
If the Customer has specific questions about e.g. sizes, color, availability, delivery time or delivery method, we request the Customer to contact us in advance.
The offer is always valid while stocks last and can be modified or withdrawn by Alchymiae at any time. Alchymiae cannot be held liable for the unavailability of a product. If an offer has a limited validity period or is made under conditions, this will be explicitly mentioned in the offer.
Article 3: Price
All prices stated are expressed in EURO, always including VAT and all other compulsory charges or taxes to be borne by the Customer.
If delivery, reservation or administrative costs are charged, this will be stated separately.
The price stated refers exclusively to the articles as described word for word. The accompanying photos are for decorative purposes only and may contain elements that are not included in the price.
Alchymiae always has the right to modify their prices without notifying the Customer in advance.
Article 4: Orders
An agreement is validly concluded when an order is placed through the web shop, or by sending an e-mail containing an order and after this order has been paid and confirmed by Alchymiae by e-mail.
The shipment of the order is normally done as soon as possible after payment via the selected payment method for products in stock.
Alchymiae has the possibility to refuse orders. This must be done within 10 working days.
The Customer has the choice between the payment methods offered on the website or agreed in writing.
We inform the Customer at the time of ordering to the best of our ability about the availability of the selected product. An unavailable product does not entitle to compensation in such cases.
All agreements we conclude with our customers, regardless of their place of residence, are governed exclusively by Belgian law.
Article 5: Delivery
Items ordered through our online store are delivered in Belgium by a regular parcel service.
The execution of the contract normally takes place as soon as possible after payment via the selected payment method for products in stock. However, any delay in execution does not give any right to compensation.
Any visible damage and/or qualitative deficiency of an article or other shortcoming in the delivery must be reported by the Customer to Alchymiae without delay.
Shipment of goods is always at the risk of Alchymiae when Alchymiae chooses the carrier.
The risk for loss or damage passes to the Customer from the moment he (or a third party designated by him, who is not the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.
Article 6: Right of withdrawal
The provisions of this article apply only to Customers who purchase items online from Alchymiae in their capacity as consumers.
For goods purchased from Alchymiae, the Customer has the right for 14 calendar days from the day after delivery to decide not to keep the goods. The order can be returned to Alchymiae without payment of any penalty and without giving any reason within the 14 calendar days. The initial shipping and return costs shall be borne by the Customer. The Customer remains responsible for the goods until receipt by Alchymiae. The goods must be unopened and in original condition.
Within 30 calendar days after the order is received by Alchymiae and the inspection is done, Alchymiae will refund the full purchase price of the returned goods, without any shipping and return costs.
If goods are returned damaged, a depreciation will be charged during the refund up to the amount of the purchase price.
Article 7: Copyright
Nothing from this site, nor the logo or registered name "Alchymiae" may be used or copied without express permission from Alchymiae. Sharing information through the "social media" links provided for this purpose is permitted without permission.
If this does happen, legal proceedings will be initiated.
Article 8: Questions and complaints
Questions or complaints regarding Alchymiae can be sent by e-mail to alchymiae@gmail.com or by post to the following address Korpse straat 45/1 3540 Herk-de-Stad. The complaint should always clearly state the order number. We strive to answer questions and complaints within 10 calendar days.
Article 9: Data management
If you place an order with Alchymiae, your data will be included in Alchymiae's customer database. Alchymiae abides by the Data Protection Act and will not provide your data to third parties. Please see our Privacy Policy.
Alchymiae respects the privacy of the users of the webshop and ensures confidential treatment of your personal data.
Alchymiae in some cases uses a mailing list. Each mailing contains instructions on how to remove yourself from this list.
