You will see that all our meads are cloudy. We deliberately don't filter because it allows you to fully enjoy the flavor.

Story behind the name
Hildegardis Bingensis or Hildegard of Bingen was a German Benedictine abbess. She lived from about 1098 to 1179 and was active as a writer, composer, philosopher, mystic, visionary and as a medical writer and practitioner during the High Middle Ages.
She is considered by scholars to be the founder of natural history in Germany.
